
Zucchini Risotto

Among our risottos, this one best showcases the care taken in selecting raw materials: the white slices (meaning freshly processed), the quantity, and the layered preparation that ensures the same amount of ingredients in every serving. To enhance this zucchini risotto, melt a knob of sweet gorgonzola at the end of cooking and serve piping hot.

Ingredients
Classic Carnaroli Rice (88%), vegetable broth granules (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), zucchini* (4.7%), rice flour. *Dried ingredient.
May contain: sesame seeds, mustard, soy.
Preparation
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the packet for about a minute while stirring continuously, add ½ glass of white wine if desired and stir for a few seconds, cover with 900 ml of hot water, do not add salt or other seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and add a little hot water if necessary until fully cooked (about 18 minutes). Off the heat, stir in butter to taste.
