The fragrance of Asparagus Risotto fills the kitchen during preparation. A glass of aromatic white wine (Traminer) and a few slices of crispy speck make this simple dish the star of the table.

Ingredients
Classic Carnaroli Rice (88%), granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), asparagus* (3.7%), rice flour. *Freeze-dried ingredient.

May contain: sesame seeds, mustard, soy.

Preparation
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the packet for about a minute while stirring continuously, add ½ glass of white wine if desired and stir for a few seconds, cover with 900 ml of hot water, do not add salt or other seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and add a little hot water if necessary until fully cooked (about 18 minutes). Off the heat, stir in butter to taste.
