Cascina Alberona is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Europe. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
Return Procedure:
- Notice of withdrawal: within 14 days of delivery, send a written notification to the email address info@cascinaalberona.com, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
- Preparation of the package: ensure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, complete with the original packaging, manuals and any accessories.
- Shipping of Products: please send the products to the following address: Cascina Alberona, Via Cascina Alberona, 230, 27036 Mortara (PV), Italy. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
- Receipt and Inspection: once we receive the products, we will verify the integrity of the returned items.
- Refund: if the return is compliant, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products, including standard delivery costs, within 7 working days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Any additional costs resulting from different delivery choices will not be refunded.

- The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to business customers.
- Products must be returned in like-new condition; otherwise, we may apply a deduction to the refund.
