Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms

Once cooked and off the heat, stir in clarified butter, some shavings of Castelmagno cheese, and freshly chopped parsley into the Risotto with Porcini.

Ingredients
Classic Carnaroli Rice (88%), granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), porcini mushrooms* (Boletus Edulis and related group)(3.7%), rice flour. *Dried ingredient.

May contain: sesame seeds, mustard, soy.

Preparation
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the packet for about a minute while stirring continuously, add ½ glass of white wine if desired and stir for a few seconds, cover everything with 900 ml of hot water, do not salt and do not add other seasonings. Stir occasionally during cooking and add a little hot water if needed until fully cooked (about 18 minutes). Off the heat, stir in as desired.
