Just the name Truffle stimulates the imagination and for the most indulgent, many other senses. The preparation of Truffle Risotto follows the seasonality of the raw ingredient Truffle, mainly using Summer Truffle during its best ripening period. Improving a good Truffle Risotto is difficult; you just need to pay attention when stirring it to make it creamy and soft.

Ingredients
Carnaroli Classic Rice (92.5%), granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), rice flour, summer truffle* (Tuber Aestivum)(0.5%), truffle flavor. *Dried ingredient.
May contain: sesame seeds, mustard, soy.
Preparation
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the packet for about a minute while stirring continuously, add ½ glass of white wine to taste and stir for a few seconds, cover everything with 900 ml of hot water, do not add salt or other seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and add a little hot water if needed until cooking is complete (about 18 minutes). Off the heat, stir to taste.
