This ready-to-cook risotto, very easy to prepare, is born from the combination of two excellences from our region (Lomellina): our Classic Carnaroli rice, known for its high ability to hold its texture during cooking, and the pink asparagus from nearby Cilavegna, with its delicate and refined flavor.
The package contains all the ingredients, including the broth. You just need to add water to get an excellent risotto that, once tasted, leaves a subtle and persistent impression on the palate.

Ingredients
Classic Carnaroli Rice (91%), granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrin, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), rice flour, Cilavegna asparagus* (1.5%), asparagus flavor. *Dried ingredient.
May contain: sesame seeds, mustard, soy.
Preparation
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the packet for about a minute while stirring continuously, add ½ glass of white wine if desired and stir for a few seconds, cover with 900 ml of hot water, do not add salt or other seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and add a little hot water if necessary until fully cooked (about 18 minutes). Off the heat, stir in butter to taste.
