A very fresh and summery dish, Rosemary Risotto finds a pleasant place in a menu with grilled fish and caramelized vegetables. At the end of cooking, by adding grated untreated lemon zest to the risotto, you'll discover new sensations.

Ingredients
Classic Carnaroli Rice (92%), granular vegetable broth (salt, potato starch and maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, celery, parsley), sunflower oil, natural flavors, spices), rice flour, rosemary* (1.5%). *Dried ingredient.

May contain: sesame seeds, mustard, soy.

Preparation
In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the packet for about a minute while stirring continuously, add ½ glass of white wine if desired and stir for a few seconds, cover everything with 900 ml of hot water, do not add salt or other seasonings. During cooking, stir occasionally and add a little hot water if needed until cooking is complete (about 18 minutes). Off the heat, stir in butter or cheese as desired.
