Inside you will find 2 vacuum-packed packs of 1 kg each of Classic Carnaroli rice, packaged in a protective atmosphere to ensure freshness and quality. Carnaroli is considered the prince of rice: ideal for creamy risottos and refined preparations.
Curiosity:
One of our special packages is dedicated to Mortara, a renowned Lomellina town known throughout Italy for its prestigious Goose Salami. The themed package always contains 2 packs of Carnaroli rice and celebrates the Goose Salami Festival, now in its 50th edition, which is held every year on the last Sunday of September.
If you pass through Mortara, you will find us in the square with our gazebo: we will be happy to tell you about our varieties of rice and suggest many tasty recipes!
