ITALIAN RICE
“ITALIAN RICE” is the brand that guarantees the origin, nature, and quality of rice marketed by Italian operators. Cascina Alberona has this certification, issued by the National Rice Authority, for many of the rice varieties produced on the farm.
CARNAROLI FROM PAVESE CARNAROLI
“Carnaroli from Carnaroli” is the supply chain traceability certification: in practice, from now on, our rice seed is obtained only from controlled seed! The project aims to promote and help discover the true Carnaroli, the rice variety that represents Pavia and its territory more than any other!
CLASSIC RICE
The term “CLASSIC” placed after the name of the rice variety serves to guarantee that the package contains only and exclusively the historical variety of rice in 100% purity.
We have this certification for the varieties CLASSIC CARNAROLI, CLASSIC BALDO, and “S. CLASSIC ANDREA”
