Classic semi-finished Carnaroli Rice is a semi-wholemeal variant of the renowned Carnaroli, characterized by large and regular grains, rich in fiber and lipids.
The amber color of the grain is due to the processing method that preserves the innermost layer of the film that covers the grain (husk), giving the rice a more natural appearance and a slightly more rustic flavor.

Obtained exclusively from seeds controlled and certified as “CLASSICO” and “CARNAROLI DA CARNAROLI PAVESE”, this rice maintains the high amylose content typical of Carnaroli, guaranteeing excellent cooking resistance.

Despite its less refined processing, it cooks in similar times to white rice, making it ideal for those looking for a balance between authentic taste and practicality in the kitchen.
