Black rice penne, obtained from the mixture of black rice flour that gives it its brown color, are highly digestible and suitable for people intolerant to gluten.

Condiments:
They can be used with different condiments, both with tomato-based sauces and with more delicate sauces. A good feature of them is that they are rougher, they absorb seasonings well.

Digestibility:
Rice pasta is easy to digest, both because of its composition and its texture.

Recommendations:
Rice noodles have shorter cooking times than durum wheat noodles. They must be cooked in a lot of water and we recommend boiling them by putting a tablespoon of oil in water.

Cooking time:
2-3 minutes.
