Cascina Alberona produces and sells directly gluten-free artisan pasta, made with high quality rice, corn and black rice flours.
We offer different variants: rice and corn pasta, which combines the lightness of rice with the consistency of corn, or single-grain versions of rice only or corn only, to best enhance the characteristics of each ingredient. In addition, our black rice paste, with its intense color and unique flavor, adds a distinctive and healthy note to every dish.
We slowly draw and dry the pasta to ensure a perfect texture and optimal resistance during cooking, ideal for any type of sauce.

Rice Penne
Rice pasta is a source of carbohydrates as an alternative to traditional durum wheat pasta. With few calories, there is a high sense of satiety given by the greater amount of water absorbed by rice.

Rice Fusilli
Tasty and delicate. Rice noodles need to be cooked in plenty of water and have shorter cooking times than durum wheat noodles. Boil by putting a tablespoon of oil in water.

Black Rice Penne
Black Rice pasta is made with 80% durum wheat semolina, 20% Black Rice flour and water. Black rice flour gives the pasta a beautiful brown color.

Black Rice Fusilli
Fusilli made using Black Rice flour which gives it its typical brown color. Very quick to cook, they go well with any condiment you want to try.

Rice and Corn Penne
Obtained from the mixture of rice and corn flours, it is highly digestible and also suitable for people intolerant to gluten.
