Walking through the fields and visiting our company spaces, you can learn about the agricultural traditions that have characterized this area for centuries, while also discovering the innovations we’ve introduced to respect the environment and improve product quality.
The tours are designed for both schools, which find a unique educational opportunity in this journey, and for groups and individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge of rice culture and experience an authentic farm experience. Each tour is designed to be engaging, simple, and suitable for all ages.
The tour concludes with a tasting of our products, a convivial moment where the story of our activity turns into a taste experience.
Farm Experience
see, touch, and taste the rice.
During the guided tour, you’ll have the chance to see up close what a Carnaroli Classic rice ear looks like. To best explain the transformation process of paddy rice (raw rice) into white rice (the kind you eat), a small miniature rice mill will be used, allowing us to show how rice is milled and the different types of products obtainable. Children and teenagers can try working the rice using the rice huller.
The tasting is not suitable for people with gluten intolerance, as its absence cannot be guaranteed.
