Return Procedure:<\/h2>\n

  1. Notice of withdrawal:<\/strong> within 14 days of delivery, send a written notification to the email address info@cascinaalberona.com<\/a>, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.<\/li>\n
  2. Preparation of the package<\/strong>: ensure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them, complete with the original packaging, manuals and any accessories.<\/li>\n
  3. Shipping of Products:<\/strong> please send the products to the following address: Cascina Alberona, Via Cascina Alberona, 230, 27036 Mortara (PV), Italy. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. <\/li>\n
  4. Receipt and Inspection<\/strong>: once we receive the products, we will verify the integrity of the returned items.<\/li>\n
  5. Refund<\/strong>: if the return is compliant, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products, including standard delivery costs, within 7 working days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
